Im really thinking the rams go back to L.A. but thats just me.
After second vote, AEG still poised to manage O.co, Arena - San Francisco Business Times
No poaching clause would prevent AEG from even speaking to the Raiders about relocating again to L.A. The NFL is eventually going to decide which L.A. stadium proposal (AEG's Farmers Field in downtown L.A. or Majestic Realty's Los Angeles Stadium in the City of Industry) they prefer, so this makes it very unlikely that the Raiders are going to be the team relocating to L.A. One down, one to go!

Rams to LA.
I'm in So Cal but i'm starting to think L.A. will never get a team. And quite frankly i don't think LA needs one.
I secretly hope the Chargers will move to LA, because it will be blacked out with Raider fans every year that Oakland travels down.
I spoke to a Raider official last year about this situation, and his response was that behind the scenes, the NFL was pushing for two teams to move to LA. At the time he said that the two most likely to move would be the Raiders and the Rams.

Darnell Dockett speaking about Darren McFadden, the BEST running back in the NFLI have great respect for that man. That (expletive) runs hard, I mean harder than anybody I've ever seen

Honestly if the Raiders had to move to L.A. I'd want them to take the other stadium anyways. The Rams moving from St. Louis and then Chargers moving to L.A. would make the most sense. Give the southern part of the state two teams from the AFC and NFC (Chargers/Rams) and the northern two teams (Raiders/49ers). Doing so could also allow the Chargers to stay put or move if need to be sooner rather than later. The idea of bringing in two teams from out of state is a little crazy because teams should stay spread out as much as possible to allow people all over the nation the ability to go to a game and have a "home" team to cheer for. This is why bringing in the Rams and moving the Chargers to L.A. if need be would be the most logical approach to addressing the desire of many of having the NFL return to the city.
AEG was never going to partner with the Raiders. Anchultz is anti-Raider, Roski on the other hand is the threat to move the team to the City of Industry. Mark Davis has been spotted meeting with Roski recently, so this is really irrelevent news, but nevertheless thanks for posting OP.

Yes!!! Raiders stay in Oakland!!! I hope the Hargers move to L.A. so we can go play them and it will be a home field advantage for us every time lol.
700 million?! That's 70% the cost of a new stadium. Sounds like a ploy just to make it look like they're trying to stay in St Louis.
If I was a Rams fan living in St Louis I'd be super upset.
I still think the Chargers are the best "fit" for LA... but most people I know from LA are/were Rams fans.
