They didn't part ways with him. They couldnt stop him from interviewing and they wanted him back next year.

I don't think they wanted to, they granted him permission to talk probably not thinking much of it. They declined our request to talk to someone else, which means they probably wanted the same defensive staff next year including Allen.

I don't care what team he came from, if he wins he's the MAN. I'm glad he's going to hold players accountable for their mistakes. I'm sick of the only championship we win is the penalty championship.
