Pears is very experienced in the ZBS and should make a easy transition into the position.

But i really worry about our run blocking.

I think Pears will do alright in run-blocking, that was supposedly his strong point.
He is no Gallery, but he did well starting in Denver's ZBS, so I think he can step up.
