Arman Shields

I read that he was put on ir to to bring down the roster to 53, i know he was battling a knee and hamstring injury. my question, was it the same knee he injured in college? and...does anyone have confidence in him to be a good wr? i know a lot of you talk about drafting a wr in next years draft.

All I know he was on and off in TC with injuries... Kiffin said he liked him and did well when he played, but he also said that about Watkins and such...and they haven't even played.

I really don't know about the injury though.

There is absolutely no way to even judge a player by preseason play and Sheilds was injured and barely saw action. He is not a #1 WR at this point and that is what we need rather by draft or FA. He is a 4th round draft choice that was a bit of a stretch.

well we have chaz who has the size and speed to be a #1, i don't think we should get rid of curry, i think he is a good slot receiver and with his ability to throw the ball, we can use him in the wildcat. higgins can be a good deep threat, as well as getting him in open space. i just hope we dont draft any receivers within the first couple rounds

this was still a dum move we could have put him on PUP then activated him once Javon went down (you can defer a guy to around week 9 before having to activate him)
