Where to begin...

I honestly feel sick to my stomache about the raiders organization as a whole. This is not a team that wants to win or believes they can win at all...nobody shows up.....i was cheering the falcons on to score as many points as they can so that maybe sooner or later davis wakes up and finally points the finger at him....knapp needs to go, ryan needs to go, cable we really cant say, but i think we should fire every coach but the special teams coaches......and i am completely serious. I just dont even know where to begin with this horrendous display of emotion, from top to bottom its totally disfunctional. Ive been faithful to the shield for 10 years and i always will remain a raiders fan, buts its so tough in this position...i dont really think any other team in the last 5 years has had it as bad as us....we need someone to come in, a hard ass owner, like a parcels (i say madden, i know its a far shot) and just re evaluate this organization from the inside out....what should we do, where do we go, who do we turn to?

No to Madden!!!!!! No more legacy coaches. A new HC and a GM aswell as a couple of GREAT drafts, no more high dollar FAs. We need ok talent that is well coached.

I agree we need to fire Ryan and Knapp because neither one has a clue. We have no hope at all of winning as long as Al Davis is in charge. We need to accept that and hope he can put this team ahead of his pride. His pride is destroying everything the raiders ever done. All people see is this crap the raiders play now.
