I have a question, if you place someone on the IR can you sign another guy to replace him? I mean does he take the injured guy place in the roster? And does placing a guy I there affects your payroll for that year (salary cap)?

"Spiderman" will be ready for next year and yes, he will be something special. Given the time to heal and train this kid could be the WR threat we really need. He's skilly and makes great catches.

Once a player goes on IR hes not on your active roster meaning you can sign someone to take his place. His money isn't counted against the cap for the current season.
