Did anyone who went to the SD game notice..?

It was the 3rd down play in the 4th Qtr before the chargers kicked the field goal to make it 18-18, anyways, Kaeding was on the field before they broke the huddle practicing kicking, but he never walked off! He was on the field clearly when they snapped the ball and through the whole play, now even thogh it was toward the other end of the field, shouldnt this have counted as 12 men on the field?

No big deal really. What bothered me was during one of our FG attempts one of the SD players was lined over the center an the back judge tapped him to move over...essentially warning him. I didn't know ref were allowed to do that. In any case, SD was called for the penalty.
