It still amazes me how much some of you guys love the drama... I really believe that once the organization turns around and becomes competitive again, alot of you will jump ship to the next organization in chaos...

I've heard before (and even recently) that when anyone close to Al gives him negative feedback, he'll just shut that person out and pretend that person doesn't exist--sometimes for months--until that person leaves or is fired. I always thought it was exagerrated for effect, but now I wonder. Obviously Al only hears what he wants to hear.

Let's assume he is in denial , so what are you going to do about it. It is his money, his team - he has earned the right to do whatever with the team. He is only answerable to some of his partners who either don't care or are happy with the state of affairs in Raider land. As far as the fans are concerned, either they are last or don't even make the list of things he needs to care.
