I knew he would cancel. There's no way in hell Lance wants to go toe to toe with Davis. His lawyer most likely advised him to STFU kid, the old man has you by the nuts.

Lance won't get paid. He's a liar and shouldn't get a nickel more from Davis.

Wow......

This has nothing to do with Kiff clearing (or not clearing) his name.
It also has nothing to do with Al being right about anything.

This is all legal and financial at this point, although it might be cool for Kiff to come out and just say "He's freakin' crazy. What do you want from me?!"

This is now a court matter between Mr. Davis, Mr. Kiffin, and their lawyers. Kiffin did the right thing cancelling his PC. Better to let a court of law decide than the court of public opinion, because court of public opinion isn't gonna be the one making sure he gets paid (even tho I think Al weasels his way out of paying Kiffin a cent).

i am let down, i mean the next thing left is to sell tickets to a davis v kiffin pillow fight or a shot glass race to see who gets the money

He actually did. On NFL Live he said that Al lied today.

That means there's a law suit coming. Attorney's like to control all information their clients put out when they're pursuing legal action.
