I have said it a million times. I dont think Al said anything to crazy in the Press Confrence. The only thing that was bad was that he blamed Kiff for getting rid of Moss. Moss didnt want to be here that was clear so I dont buy that. The stuff about Russell and the staff has been said by the media last year and that start of this year.

I think Kiffin did a good job not a great job and its sad the way it has gone down.I just really feel that Davis made it clear that he dosent want this to happen all the time,but if the guy isnt right he isnt right.

I wish Kiffin the best and I am sure at some point he will be a pain in our ass and making Davis look bad or he could just go to work in collage.

I'm in business and there is no way Mr. Davis is going to leave himself open for a suit if he's not telling the truth.

Lets face it; In my opinion Kiffin is the part of the new generation of silver spooned 20 and 30 somethings that think they are victims whenever they dont get their way. He communicated with outlets and put little snippets out there with bratty remarks. Kiffin's goal was to get people to feel sorry for him and be on his side.

Davis did the same thing to Shanahan and he didn't pay him; Shanahan did the same thing as kiffin. Shanahan whined but he never got any money in a lawsuit. Al Knows what he's doing and has the best lawyers money can by. He sued and won against the city of Oakland; he sued and is one of the few in history that won a huge lawsuit against the mighty NFL. He knows exactly what he is doing.

Kiffin is immature and very into himself. Davis has problems but he wants to win. Kiffin handled this wrong and played the victim card. YOu dont rip your boss in the media; you handle it within; if he had problems all he had to do was talk to Al.

IMO Al acted like a kid. Well he did this, he did that. Like he was trying to hard to sell why he fired him and shouldn't pay him. I also think it is a possibility that Kiffin was informed by his legal counsel not to say anything and just take the high road for court purposes. I dont agree with Kiffin saying things in the media, but for Al, the owner of a franchise to get pulled into a he said, he said battle on national tv is ridiculous. He is an owner, act like one.

I am a life long Raiders fan. I am talking about the old AFL days too. I am worried about the bigger picture. where is the committment to excellence? Where are the great Raider Defenses of the past. We use to pick up guys off the waiver line and make them champions. I do not know if Al is lying or lane is but this smells alot like when we fired Shannan and they has come back to bite us on the ass. I hate the Broncos.
But I bleed Silver and Black and I will be at the Superdome next week and I will take on the Saints faithful who think we are a easy victory and tell them all to Kiss my Silver and Black Butt.

That was brought up a couple of times and it's nothing like that.

The Raiders then were still thinking they were still there in their greatness. They were losing more and felt an outsider like the Rat could be the thing to strighten us out and get us back on track. The issue was pretty much a player revolt as Rat went against raider ways and traditions. He was fired because Al didn't see a fit with the team and they weren't performing.

Lane had the players and was fire for cause. Al didn't want nor plan to do this one but felt this couldn't go on.
