Bottom line is.... "it really does'nt matter"
Sure we been going thru this for years...
sure many have claimed they are boycotting, or done with (Money wise) supporting this team.
sure we may be looking at at laest a 3-6 year losing season, but the
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bottom line is....
We will All be in our gear, or in front of our TV's sets saying...
RAIDERS!!! RAIDERS!!! RAIDERS!!!
so ok... some of you leave... the site??
the team as a fan??
well that don't matter to those of us who will be.
I will continue to buy Sunday ticket, as long as I can afford it.
I will still sport my Raider gear, and i will still (prolly) be here on RaiderFans.net
have to hate whats going on, but i can't change...
your spouse is not exactly the same person you may have married, but you still love them, you still care for them,
If your a true Raider fan.. or a member of ... 'The Raider Nation'
then that's all that matters.. to the rest of the Nation!!
Go Raiders... thats all I can say!

Losing is bad enough but being blown out on a MNF season opener, against the Broncos, and after everything we've been through these past five seasons......
This might be the most disheartening loss since the super bowl.

Okay the way I see it all these fans that claim to be boycotting or jumping ship are just upset. We all are. Who can Raider fans comfortably vent with? Definately not the donkey fan at work or that charger fan neighbor... We keep it in the house, we vent with those who are feeling what we all are feeling. This site is great because it give us a place to let us speak our mind even if we are just speaking out of frustration.
Have patience my fellow Raider fans because unlike the weak charger fans, the confused niner fans, and the bandwagon patriot fans, RAIDER FANS DO NOT GIVE UP! WE MIGHT GET UPSET BUT WE DO NOT GIVE UP!

I wasn't has shocked cause I seen it coming. When I get bad vibes about something I'm pretty much right about 75% of the time but that doesn't mean I don't want to be proven wrong but I haven't lately.

The most disheartening loss since the super bowl was the 2006 Home Opener loss to the chargers. In that game I don't think we even had a first down, that was the worst game I ever seen.
The Monday Night game was bad but no where near as bad as that 2006 loss.

Raider mystique man..
that's what captures us...
this time next year, many will have bought the (new rookie we drafted) jerseys, or some team members now, authentic, or bragging about the season tickets they got, and the section they are in..
it will never stop!!
those who leave, will be replaced by the fans who want to continue to support...
We freakin' sold out our season opener... we always do, and always will..
thats all many of us need to focus on.. we are freakin' Raider fans...
we are what we are, and will be what we be!

Yes, I will continue to watch them, but I honestly do not think I can allow myself to spend another dime on them. That means I can no longer attend any games and support Al Davis and fatten his wallet.
I am currently in school full time and my workload is so hectic I can barely do part time work and yet I spent some of it to fly out there on the weekend, bought some gear, and paid good money to get some decent seats.
What I got in return was a big kick in the face by Al while he showed me the middle finger.
So will I watch the game on Sunday? Yes sir, but that's where it stops until Mr. Davis is no longer running this organization.

I've talked to my close friend who happens to be a Charger fan and we had a cool convo about it. He was pretty much like "Its getting old" !! Meaning its the same old story with the Raiders and they need to step up sooner rather then later.
