Best QB of the AFC west as of Today?
This is spun off the thread POKE started, since i was thinking about this the other day, and then reading his thread, i decided to POLL it.
I personally think right now, in the midst of Aug. Jay Cutler is the top QB of the AFC west, going into the 2008 season.
not saying it will or will not change, just looking inside the numbers.
who do you choose?

Rivers having more weapons doesn't make him a better QB. I went with Cutler... I think he has shown the most talent. I plan on seeing Jamarcus top that list eventaully

He would gamble and do everything unsound on the corner." - Warren Sapp on DeAngelo Fall

Had no choice but to go with Rivers. He's the more polished of the QBs. Cutler has got to be a close second. He's looked sharp in preseason, and has been in Shannarat's system for a couple seasons. Russell comes in third, he simple doens't have enough time on the field to make a judgement yet, but he looked sharp against TN. I'm not sure WTF is going on in KC?

Don't look now, but Al Davis has made several very smart moves this offseason!

Having LT makes Rivers a better QB, that's just how it is. LT is a proven commodity. Russell has McFadden. McFadden is not a proven commodity - yet.
We should remember this thread at season's end and see how we feel about it then.

sucks to say cutler is my fave as to saying the best right now, because he gets the job done with limited weapons....rivers has weapons to play with and sometimes he cant get the passing job done... j-rock still needs a main weapon....and is still young....but he will top the list this year....i have no doubt

Until JaMarcus and JaCutler prove it in real-season play, there's only one winning QB in this division. Easy answer.
