Dreaming is sweet. In a dream I pretend I can fly and let me tell you, I am the man at dream flying. While I do enoy your enthusiam, it seems like you think we need to fit some mold that currently we just are not. The phrase if it ain't broke don't fi it comes to mind right now. The Raider logo while fairly basic and simple sends a message then and it sends a message now. If we had not had such a crappy last five years teams would still be circling us and saying, "Week whatever we play the Raiders, that organization just wins, what can we do to stop them." When I look at the Raider shield I see a logo of something that is not overly complicated, but when you lay your eyes on it and are not a fan of it, intimidation runs through your spine.

So you feel that the Packers need to change their logo with that big G? I bet you alot of Packer fans would think that you just need to be drowned in liquid cheese for stupid comments like that. Any team, organization, or group that puts some time into their logos will have those logos stand the test of time. When I see the Raider shield I see something that worked in the 60's and because it is a symbol, it works now. We all have seen pictures of our shield with like skeletons and whatnot and those are cool, but without the shield that started it all, they would not be cool.

respect tradition because tradition can be hard to come by.

PS: Your idea makes me think that you think just because we have TV and radio that reading is not important anymore. Just because we can make the logo different, does not mean that we should. Some things are sacred. Leave them be.

Brett Favre is the lead candidate for QB ahead of Russell by a smidge.
Bo Jackson says if Favre can change his mind so could Bo so he may make a surprise comeback.
Troy Polomalu wants to join the Raiders eventually but he needs longer hair to look more fierce.
We won't utilize the TE at all this year, sorry Miller.
Tim Brown and Jerry Rice are training together and are bugging Al about allowing Favre on the team they want another go around.
Blitz is not a word that can be used because we attack, blitz is for common teams.
