Franchises only change their logo when they're suffering from an identity crisis or if the old one was so FUGLY that it needed change (see old Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who updated theirs to look tougher; a little like...THE RAIDERS) simply to avoid humiliating, distracting mockery.

This is one of the DUMBEST ideas I've ever read in my 3+ years on this board.

I do agree with the feeling of a new chapter starting in Oakland. However I dont really want to start to forget the past and move away from tradition. This is however coming from a 3rd gen Raiders fan.

We will never change the logo. The Raiders' logo is a symbol that is synonymous with the Oakland Raiders around the world.
