You know, I read this thread and thought to myself "a new logo? how retarded can someone get"......and then it dawned on me today. I absolutely LOVED the 75th anniversary throwback logo's and uniforms. I would be smitten with joy to see the white background logo and the silver numbers on the white jerseys every once in a while, just like many teams wear their throwbacks every so often (eagles, cowboys, chargers, redskins, etc)

I have noticed something that kind of goes along with this topic.
I see a lot of Raider tats out there that are not the standard Raider Shield Logo. If it so importent to keep the logo as is, and there is so much importence given to keeping the tradition... why do so many of you have something completely different than the standard, traditional shield logo? I'm not calling anyone out... I'm just curious as to why the tats are so different from the "real logo" ( not all of them, of course) if it is such a sin to update it? I like the logo just fine the way its, and I don't think it needs changed at all. I wouldn't get upset if the guy in the helmet were to get an update... but thats about the extent of it.

There is absolutely NO REASON we should change anything about our colors, uniforms, symbol, etc.
I dont care if were the last team in the league who hasn't touched anything about our design. THATS THE WAY IT SHOULD BE!
