well i wish him the best in NE since he really didnt do anything here. I wouldnt be too worried about him having a breakout season with them either since they already have a solid group of guys that can do a better job then he can. I wouldnt expect him to get alot of playing time but if he does have a hell of a season with NE, then that shows a hell of a lot about this organization

Can't wait to read what he has to say about his stay in Oakland as a Raider.

Jordan on being with the Raiders:

"Well, the food was great. I didn't really care about my shape during my stay here so I always went out getting stupid drunk with STU especially when we celebrated my birthday...wait, am I allowed to say that?

"My stay in Oakland was cool I guess. Besides me losing my job last year everything was pretty much gravy. I'll miss Undertaker and Al's jokes...he really was the only one who enjoyed my poetry readings every Thursday. And I'll always love him for that.

"Randy was my home skillet bro wit a broken bone. He played hurt a lot and didn't really try the rest of the way after that. Well, now that were with a team that's a winner I'm sure there will be a lot more fun activities, maybe I'll learn how to use a camera."

"Anyways, all that matters now is that the Patriots got a band that's rolling so I just had to jump on that wagon.

What I find amusing in all of this is Davis is apparently upset he signed with New England... in another thread it was reported Davis agreed to the release as long as he didn't sign with New England or Denver... :no; WTF... Judas Priest Al, if that's why you are afraid of releasing players because they might go to a division rival or a team you play in the regular season, it doesn't show a lot of faith in your coach, players and own team...

"Al Davis thought all owners were dilettantes with a new toy. He said to me many times through the years that owners are often the problem with their franchises, that too many of them think they can run things when they cannot, and the teams that succeed are the ones where the owner hires the best people he can and turns the game over to them."

Jordan won't win a ring with NE this year. The loser of the SB almost always tanks the next season. Only SB VI (Cowboys) and SBVII (Dolphins) won the SB after losing the previous year's SB. On average, it took teams that lost a SB 8.5 years to eventually win it.

If you look at what moss did in new england after we traded him I think Lamont will shatter all rushing records this season. JK
