It's meaningless, the San Jose Mercury doesn't make the roster and the web site is out of date.

even if TKO doesnt get 10+ sacks, if he's healthy the whole season I guarantee 60+ tackles with atleast 4+ sacks.

Kelly is a player. Healthy is my worry.

Nope, Kelly is starting at DT and even though its just training camp he is blowing up our poor little Olinemen so hopefully we see that when the real bullets fly

Look guys, i know Kelly was in many people's opinions overpaid. And he may have been. But the bottom line is if he can slow down people racking up HUGE rushing days on us, we have BIG potential this year. So no, maybe he won't ever be worth what he's making. But if he can contribute enough to make our run defense average, help us win some games, help save Kif's job, I think in the long run it will have been a smart signing.

Just my .02, not saying he will be the best ever, but some people think he has SERIOUS potential.

That's pure hyperbole, not every DT was a free agent this year, had they been, Kelly would not be the highest paid, plus the majority of his contract is NOT guaranteed, so if he wants to make all that money he better play well. Therefore, he has to earn it, meaning if he makes the money he will have been worth it.

Other DTs got more guaranteed money than Kelly this year. When looking at NFL contracts, the guarantees is all that really matters.

Wow, do we really have to go through this again? If you don't like Kelly's contract, what if they had let him walk? What would have been the better, cheaper solution? Leaving our entire interior DL up to a rookie with a bad back? I like Dorsey a lot, but there are no guarantees he would have panned.

There is nothing wrong with expecting him to play to the contract, but if you want to complain about him not being worth it I would love to hear what the Raiders should have done instead.
