If you could pick any NFL player to be a Raider...
right now, free agency, contracts aside. WHO WOULD IT BE AND WHY...I know its a litttle fantasy in a Dungeons and Dragons nerd sort of way, but don't hate...
I'll start...

I would pick Joe Thomas from the Browns as our starting Left Tackle. This would give our Franchise QB the instant security he needs to confidently establish himself in the passing game. Plus he's fresh, young and made an instant impact for a struggling franchise, allowing ProBowl caliber performances from a noname QB who had struggled the previous year, and providing open lanes for an aged Jamal Brown...

I was thinking Joe Thomas too, he is probably the best young LT in the league, he would fill in our biggest hole on offense.
