my first thought when this story broke was "drugs".....

Thankfully for Raiders in this day and age of multimedia there will be another 'celebrity story' to be the news and this will fall down the headline list and hopefully football becomes the focus.

NFL does NOT do hair follicle testing and neither would the police in a situation like this... Hair Follicle testing is highly expensive and usually only utilized in big time issues like Murder and such......
