So far Sands has had one productive season with the Raiders. He got a raise and its time for him to make plays. No excuses.

Someone wrote Warren is getting time at UT, but Joseph hasn't been mentioned much.
Maybe Warren will push Sands. The way the contract is set up, there's not much money for Sands if he gets cut.

I'm just hoping Sands will be adequate, and our overload at RDE, Kelly, and DBurg will make up for his inadequacies

I hope he gets pissed and dominates. can't remember the game, think it was in 06 against the Chargers. Getting beaten, but Sands busted into the back field and grabbed LT by the waist, the whistle blew and he went ahead and picked him up and dumped him. Flag, but worth it in my opinion.

I don't mind when a guy gets pissed off when his team is getting its ass handed to them. Its the guy who dosen't care that pisses me off...
