raiders.com has come a long way as a website.. They didn't use to offer much in the way of anything, seems like every year they are getting more informative.

wow! Jamarcus looks like he got a crap load of seasoning in the off season. He's confident now. Kind of like he KNOWS he's the man as opposed to thinking it last year.

It was cool to hear the reporter ask him about the rumors on his weight. The reporter sounded like he thought it was ridiculous looking at him. He looks smaller than last year...which can't be right as he was 255...I think he is just in better shape since he has participated in the entire off-season program and not had 5 months off since his last game and OTAs last year.

is it me, or are all the videos on Raiders.com choppy? I have a fast PCU and 4 gigs of RAM, but it's still choppy.
