Like the removable pieces of plastic over the windshield in Nascar, Charger fans generally layer these stickers over each other so that when it goes south for their team they can peel it off quickly to expose the team they have "always" been fans of. I guess this guy just put them on wrong, they were supposed to be on top of each other.
