Will McFadden Be Signed On Time?
hearing how impressive McFadden has been during rookie camp is a good thing. the different ways McFadden can be used in the offense actually brings hope. i hope the Raiders front office doesn't screw up his development by mishandling contract negotiations with his agents. its imperative that DMC gets into camp ontime with the rest of the team. we saw what it did to Russell, granted QBs have a steeper learning curve, but i hope the Raiders do the right thing and bring him in on time, even if we have depth at RB.

Mcfadden wants to be in camp on time and his agent doesn't have the rep for keeping players out of camp so I'm sure he will.

Mcfadden's contract should be easy to put together imo

the thing is we aren't dealing with the 1st overall pick so contracts around that position will kind of dictate what he will get

Yes, I remember the agent saying he has never had a client miss training camp.

His agents never had a major client in their life,they were in way over their heads.They signed 6 months later for basically the same offer according to reports.I dont think we will have problems with Mcfadden he has real agents.The raiders have always paid their players and i feel he will be in on time

i guess its perception versus reality because i would have never guessed that Russell has been the only Raider 1st round pick that was a holdout. what a surprise.
