i would say that i hope he doesnt do steroids like merriman and becomes better than him because he sure as heck has the talent and measurables it is up to our defensive scheme to use him wisely which is what scares me the most.

Nobody the Raiders are likely to take is a sure-fire stud or a sure-fire bust. Honestly, I'm a total draft nerd but I'm not terribly excited about anyone in this draft. So, unless the Raiders go wayyyyy off the board and pull a complete shocker, my reaction will be "whatever."
If you want to say "F--- yeah, we got McFadden!" or "F--- no, we got Gholston!" have at it, but the reality is none of these guys are locks.

I would be immensely pissed off for a few minutes and loudly cuss Al Davis, cos it means he just passed on at least one of the Longs, Dorsey or McFadden.

However once the red mist lifts, I would be rooting for the guy big time to have a great career with the Raiders.
