Now let’s stop right here. I did NOT say the NFL was conspiring in regards to this schedule.
I’m simply stating that I don’t like how it starts out and that to me it’s “fishy” that a team that in FACT has had the worst record in the ENTIRE NFL over the last 5 years somehow manages to open there season in one of if not THEY biggest prime time games of the YEAR.

Sorry, but I don’t have the same level of trust for the NFL, the officiating and the competition committee as you do.

Well unfortunately the schedules are made years in advance so that already pokes holes in your theory... I don't have any more or less trust I just see it for what it is. If the Raiders lose on Monday night it wasn't because the league conspired against them... save it bro, I'm not buying it...

Does that also mean they are conspiring against every other Home Team that plays a Monday night game and has the following weeks game on the road?

This is a half truth.
Yes, whom we will play is done years in advance, WHEN we play them is NOT. So much for the holes poked in my theroy.
The NFL can start you on the road for three games if they so desire, have you traveling back and forth across the country all year, have you playing on short weeks, put your bye where they want, have you playing in cold weather games in December.
THAT is what we are debating here, let’s make that clear.
Oh, and one last thing. The last time we ran a pole around here about whether the officiating was BIAS against us it was something like 75% of the posters on this board voted… YES.
75 %!!!!!
If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, well, then by golly, maybe it’s a duck?

Since I got NFL Sunday Ticket, my house has been a hangout for a couple of other guys on Sunday. I mixed up NBC's Sunday Night Football with ESPN's MNF, so I'm all G - good now. I've got my Raiders live in HD as the Opening Weekend's last game.
Get this - our local ABC affiliate continued to delay the broadcast of MNF all the way until their very last broadcast. With ESPN taking over, Hawaii has finally move into the 'next millineum' - and we finally have MNF live!
So now, I'm jacked! ... about this match-up.

No.
It APPEARS you missed what i'm saying. I don't like the beginning of the schedule and I hate it even more IF we have to follow this game with a road game.
Plain and simple.

Well, It is pretty much a fact that teams often have hard times going from a Monday Night game to a road game the following week. The numbers show this and I am sure we can both agree on that. Especially being an NFL bettor, I know all about the odds in these circumstances.
So technically, no team LOVES to play a Monday night game, even the top dawgs of the NFL.
I just don't really think that the league considers that and intentionally puts the Raiders into that category to make it harder for them to achieve success.
To each there own

I believe that the raiders will pull out a "W" in this monday night game
due to the fact that they are playing Denver and also they need to prove
to people that we can have a winning season

Yes they could, but they are opening at home on Monday... what's the problem? I'd say the league is giving them a huge op to show the country if they have indeed spent wisely or if they screwed the pooch!
And just because a poll of RFN fans posts in favor 75% doesn't mean it's true, it just means that 3 of every 4 Raider fans are more concerned with excuses rather than accepting the fact the team has been nothing short of piss poor in recent years.
You can take your conspiracy theories and run with them all you want, I've never believed them still don't nor ever will...

Our Week 2 game will be on the road. That is a fact. The A's are occupying the Coliseum when the Raiders would play a game.
But who knows, maybe they'll schedule us with another medicore team like @KC or give us a west coast trip like @SD?
I don't see what the big deal is, either way.
They have to give us a non-Sunday game because if it's like last year CBS's late game slot is airing Golf instead. So FOX is airing the late game and we'd have to play an NFC opponent. The 49ers would be on FOX too, and they can't have both the Raiders and 49ers on FOX. So they decided 49ers would get the Sunday game and we'd get a Monday game. Sounds alright to me.
(I made a similar post last year when I predicted that Detroit/Oakland would be the Week 1 game and I was right)

Yup.
Don't worry about it too much. Some people have things figured out and you just confuse them with facts reason and logic.
Just because they don't know or bother to look and because if they don't know about it it must be bull****.
Hit man is right because, hey, cutting thru the bullcrap, yes, a team thats good doesn't make excuses and wins regardless, but it sure is harder when others are too busy, arrogant or narrow and refuse to see how others cheating is WRONG and perpetuated by those who either deny its even a possibilty. Too often they can label and dismiss or justify using unverified opinion rather than facts gleaned from multiple and diverse sources.
How do we know anything? By a preponderance of evidence or by uneducated assumption.
The former are too few, the latter become the first part of what they subject us to.
Some of the Refs in the League have flat out taunted Raider officials and straight up told them they make calls against the Raiders they might not have made were it someone else.
To dismiss or minimize that is to condone it.
Again, hitman has a point that this team has been bad for many more reasons than having others who are biased cheat, but its sure is infuriating and is again allowed by those who blindly deny or refer to the "X-Files" everytime some one makes a claim they weren't spoon fed by the mass media.
Theres a reason they call it PROGRAMMING.
These kinds of attitudes have gotten america into some deep **** the last decade or so.
