We can disagree. It's all good.
However, I still don't think Bailey, Aso, Cromartie, Trufant, Samuels or any DB in this league is in the same class as Deion, Lester Hayes, Darryl Green or Mel Blount.
That's JMHO which is why I said they don't make them like that any more. Who in your opinion playing now is as good a DB as Deion, Hayes, Green or Blount?

Those guys played in an era with different rules that made it easier to shut down receivers, apples and oranges. This belief that athletes are not better then guys who played in the 70's is BS, the difference is the rules and game has changed, there have been corners as good as those guys.

BS?? So my opinion is BS just because I don't agree with you??
Ok bro. LMAO
The belief that atheletes aren't better has nothing to do with what I said and I never said anything like that.
All I said was I MHO Deion, Blount, Hayes and Green are better than any DB in the game today and I do believe that regardless of your remarks about that being BS.
The real BS is that you seem to think that you are right and I'm wrong and it's really not about that. This is an open forum and we are entitled to opinions.
Like I said at FIRST:
We don't have to agree. It's all good.

It is BS, as you cannot compare DB's from that era to now, those guys would not get away with a lot of what they did back then. There is no such thing as best ever when discussing different eras.

On an open forum like this site is, I can make any comparison I like and state my opinions as I like just as you can. WE DONT HAVE TO AGREE.

I agree. Some people are actually picking Hall before McAlister??? C'mon now. I'm happy we got Hall and all, but he's a top 10 corner not a top 5.

Nate Clements is the most overrated corner in the league and it has nothing to do with him being a niner. He was never that big a name when in Buffalo, but he got a monster contract going to san francicso and at least at the time became the highest paid defensive player ever.

Well he was hurt last year and a lot of people seem to be saying baltimore's defense is aging quickly. He was great in 2006 and is probably still a top corner. I only saw one baltimore game last year so i cant say for sure.
