Probably the biggest disappointment, Gallery hasn't stepped up to be a leader. Understandable his first season but, Gallery is done apprenticing IMHO, he's a journeyman now. We'll see what happens. Last chance for Gallery IMHO.

Gallery has all the potential in the world, he just has to show that he can be a solid NFL lineman. Hopefully the new year and the new staff will help him realize his full potential.

It's almost to the point now where we can talk about Gallery being a bust and trying to ressurect his career. He's had more than enough chances. If he doesn't show something this year he will be regarded as one of the biggest busts in NFL history, possibly o nthe Ryan Leaf level.

Sims was a better LT than Gallery but if he can't beat out Sims in his condition than the Raiders don't need him.
Gallery was drafted to be the LT, the prototype LT, 10 year LT, concensus #1 OL in his draft. He was not drafted to be a RT.
