Well Brian Burke will be replaced by Murray as Ducks' GM.

The thing is Brian Burke has some issues at home & needs to tend for his family so I am not at all disappointed about it. Murray & Burke have worked together since their days with the Vancouver Canucks. Simply put, Murray is a Brian Burke disciple. Since Burke's home & family is near the East Coast, I could see him going to the Maple Leafs. As for Murray, one player he wants to get is Mats Sundin.

    This will be interesting.

As a Bruins fan, I like what I see so far. I'd trade PJ Axelsson to make room as I think he's offering little return in his investment right now, but the B's can get 4 solid lines going any given night right now.

Burke will be back and he's a solid front office guy. Someone will over spend on him, but if they have the money, he's worth it. I always wanted to see him in a town that has $$$ to spend to see what he'd do.

This is blood for blood and by the gallons. These are the old days man, the bad days, the all-or-nothing days. They're back! There's no choices left. And I'm ready for war.

As a B's fan also I'm stoked about the way they are playing. The are one of, if not the hottest, teams in the NHL right now. With no real "superstars" to speak of, just a bunch of good hockey players working their butts off. Now just see if they have what it takes to to it for an entire seasons.

I dunno if they can keep this up, but I am very pleased with the team this season. They are very young too. Could the Bruins be the next Boston team to have a parade? I hope so but that is eons away yet. I'm just happy to be playing some sound, solid hockey.

Well COR8RFAN, looks like your Caps defeated my Ducks Wednesday night, wasn't pleased about that.

I gotta say this, Ovechkin is, bar none, one of the most exciting players I have seen in years.

He's unbelievable. Lagging in the goal scoring dept. this year, but man he's fun to watch. At first I thought Crosby was the best coming out of recent memory, but it looks like maybe Ovechkin is. Two great players right there.

Remember, the Draft that Ovechkin went at #1 was the year the NHL cancelled the entire 2004-05 season. Sidney Crosby went #1 in the draft the NHL returned.

    Hate 'em for playin' dirty.
    Hate 'em for being classless.

But don't hate 'em for being GOOD. 122 goals scored in 34 games.

If we had any depth at goalie we'd be in the Stanley Cup no questions asked.
