Gomez burns Devils as Rangers win Game 1 (AP)
 If Scott Gomez's ribs were still sore during the New York Rangers' playoff opener, he transferred every bit of that discomfort to the team that let him get away. the devils looked like the team that lost 7 games to the Blue shirts this year.
If they get down early they are toast. The only way I see them winning a game is if they get a couple early goals.

Great first game, wish I could've seen it but had to settle for Penguins-Senators. Who cares, playoff hockey is BACK! GO RANGERS!
