Well it's over now.. I still think Dallas was the only team in the WEST that could stop the Ducks and they did. I hated this matchup before the playoffs started because the Stars owned the Ducks in the regular season series 5-3, and 3 of those games were 3+ goal game wins for the Stars.. The Ducks needed Perry more than I realized because of the speed factor.. Oh well, the NHL will have a new Champ to crown this summer..

I am pleased with Montreal beating Boston in game 7. I am not impressed with the fans going too far outside. I grew up in Montreal and those who choose to act out put a bad face on a great town. Go Habs in round 2.

I was surprised the Habs had trouble with Boston. They hopefully get the Rangers next if my Caps pull it out tonight. The Rangers will be even more of a challenge. The East is pretty even across the board. Round 2 should be fun.

Two great games tonight - First Caps and Flyers in DC - the crowd will be gay....I mean crazy - Just kidding Pat. I have to joke….cause my boys are choking.
My feeling is this game will not be close - someone (in orange and black ) will take over and win this easily. AO has to be the over/under on who wins – he scores the CAPs – Timmo puts him in time out- FLYERS



Sharks and Calgary to follow – this will be a great game. If you’re a hockey fan this is as good as it gets in the 1st round. This game will be very intense – if this was in Calgary I would say Flames and their crowd.

Look for Cheechoong to put the biscuit in the basket for the winner 2-1.

i think the NHL is dying for the Caps to pull it out so they can showcase Alex the Great and that sissy boy panty waste that plays for the Pens. If that happens, I may just have to arrange a business trip out to DC to check on my staff there.

Looks like I got the series flip flopped. San Joser came out and kicked some a$$. Roenick my boy - that guy is now more of a legend. Something like 5 or 6 goals in game 7's. That is insane.

The west is tough as hell - I can not even guess who will come out. The East looks a little shakier. I think the Rangers will be the toughest.
