We had one hell of a fun time at Hammonasset Beach State Park
in Madison CThttp://dep.state.ct.us/stateparks/parks/hammonasset.htm As you can see from the pictures we had 37 Booster club members and their familys for our Annual Summer BBQ. This was by far our biggest and funnest event. We had the Raider theme song, autumn wind & AC/DC blasting in the background while our Raider family enjoyed a ALL U CAN EAT buffet and Raider raffle! We had a obstacle course challenge for the kids as well as a Raider volley ball battle.
The NRB would like to thank Raiderfans.net for allowing us to have our own forum on the greatest Raider website in the world. Raiderfans.net is one of the main reasons our booster club is growing so fast and we appreciate it. We have 28 official members and we are barely 4 months old. Not bad for living 3000 miles away from our team.

There still are 2 Raiderfans.net members that we are waiting for them to join us. Yes RhodeRaider from Rhode Island and crizpynutz from Connecticut we are talking about you guys. you are both arguably 2 of the biggest Raider fans in the entire Raider Nation and you have a Raider Booster Club in your back yard so whats stopping you from joining us?

Anyway thanks BK and Bon we enjoy being part of this website, it has helped us find lots of new members for our club. we have about 50 pictures from our BBQ as well as video but i will just post a few pics. If you want to see more or know more about our booster club check out our website.

Well BigT I have many excuses, but I will visit you guys soon. As far as me joining up ? It wouldn't make much sense at this point in time..........I'll be moving to Cali this fall

I am impressed though how you and the other members pulled this together..props to you all

PS Crizpy is in India for a while so get him when he returns.

That's right BigT. We had a fantastic day and there was a real sense of Raider family in the air. We've all worked very hard and the short time it's taken to reach so many milestones is a tribute to all of the dedicated Raider fans out there, RF.com and the Silver & Black!

sorry i couldnt make it,

work is consuming me right now. I am definetly looking forward to the season and watching the Raider games with you guys. I am having a helluva time getting on the nrb website so i will let you all know here that i plan on having a few Raider game partys at my house in milford ct this season, all are welcome. Ill keep you posted on the dates. Hope to see some of you here,,, plenty of 2 things,,,,, good food and Raider football!!!
