Yeah bro... it sucked. I did some research and a large amount of arginine can make somepeople get acne if they are prone. I had to cut back on the daily amount and it has gone away. Sucks too, because when I was taking the full dose, the ish was working VERY well.

You told me arginine had no side effects! I was taking about 12g a day total between all my supplements and I had to trim that to 8. When I was taking 12g, I broke out like a 15 y/o whopper flopper

Yeah... and the last time I was off of the creatine my weight exploded up. I don't think I'm ready for 195 or 200

Maybe it's time I cut the weight gainer and true up a little bit.
