What's up man. Yeah, we got a little begining band. Just something of a hobby. Google Bootleg Rockers and you should get our myspace profile and like some other hits. We have a rockabilly influenced sound, yet not totally traditional. Oh yeah, and we suck! LOL
seems as tho you got a band... I'd love to hear it. you got somethin i can check out??
I saw a kick ass rockabilly show a couple weekends ago, but to be honest by the time i got there i was hammered and i can't remember the names of the bands. Those shows are so fun tho, i love them... So much energy and i love the dancing.
Reverend is probably borderline psychobilly. Im not too into psychobilly but do listen to it. Tiger Army was actually at the show that I took the MIke Ness pic. They played right before Mike. I'll post some pics. As for some good psycho bands, probably Frantic Flintstones, Meteors, Guana Batz and Mad Sin.
yeah, i dig pyschobilly, tho i don't know too much. The vid on my page, The Tossers, i saw them opening up for Rev Horton Heat who i've seen maybe 4 times. I don't know how much psychobilly Rev Horton Heat is tho. Back in highschool i used to listen to a bit of Tiger Army. Aside from that if ya got some suggestions, i'll check them out.
yeah bro. Definitely prefer his solo, country/rockabilly band better, though I dig Social D as well. Your vid has a bit of psychobilly flavor to it. You into any psychobilly?
Cool pics man.. I saw Mike Ness with social D a couple years ago at the HOB, pretty amazing show. He came out with a bunch of roses, throwin em into the crowd.. it was quite an entrance..
I'm also a pretty big fan of Mike Ness's solo honky tonk stuff.. judging by your page and pics, i'm sure you dig that stuff too.
