I've been getting all my news from Planet F1 and seems that FIA don't care if there is a split. I think the cap is great. Going to even out competition and help so one or two guys can not dominate a 20+ car/entire season of racing.

2010 is really going to shake things up hopefully. Brawn GP, even with RB pushing, is just really tough to beat unless in the wet.
