You're right about that. I love them but I haven't mastered them yet. I backlash a lot too.

Nah. We caught the bass on flukes and crank baits. We use baitcasters most of the time for the bass.

Yeah I used 6 pound test line with a real small closed faced reel and some crappie minnows. Damn good eating!!
