For the video: Go to youtube and find a video you like. There will be the embedded code (if there's not you can't use it). Example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tXaZmY52gHM you can't use this video b/c the embedded code is disabled.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CwIvBNsSywQ this one you CAN use b/c the embedded code is there. Anyway, copy the URL that is IN the embedded code which would be http://www.youtube.com/v/CwIvBNsSywQ&hl=en&fs=1 in this case. Go to USER CP and add it in the appropriate section. If you want it to automatically play, the next space under where u put the URL it tells you what to put in there. Then save your settings.

As for comments, go to the pic you want to comment on and there's a box where you just put what you want to say and click on Post Comment.
