LOL, dead lifts are where its at. I hit 385 on Sunday for 6 reps, I'm focusing on my lats till they hit my hip bone like they BB's

Yeah... My power lifts are shooting up (even though I only power lift every 2-3 weeks)

I did a few 300 lbs dead lifts. My back is starting to open up some. I got my wings! (and they're not red!)
