Where do you come up with this ****?

...I love the sig, but until I see some play out of him I think I have to remove TK from my rotation.

Yeah, the dots are just a 1 pixel pattern

the offensive linemen has a gaus blur applied to him and that gaus blur layer has a blending mode of Soft Light and opacity of 70%.

TK has 4 filter layers...
Cutout filter (soft light/70%)
Poster Edges (soft light/25%)
Paint Daubs (overlay/49%)
Gaus blur (hard light/100%)

The whole sig also has 3 adjustment layers; levels, curves and brightness.
