Resizing images - Oakland Raiders Forum | Message Board

I can't post any pics of my first Raider game because the files are too big to upload on photobucket. They are around 1.5mb in size. Am I not waiting long enough on photobucket for the photo to upload? Another option is to resize the picture. If that is the best option, can someone tell me how to do that. Thanks.
