Why can't I see the chatbox?

Why can't I see the chatbox?
When my boyfriend is on his account, there is a chat box on the main page of the forum. But when I log in, even on his computer, I don't have a chatbox! How do I get it to come up? Thanks!

I think its a premium feature...if Im not logged in it doesnt show up.

Yea, that's where I go but it isn't there. It might be a premium only feature I guess. I can see the full sized chatbox though, when I type in the link to it.

You don't have enough posts. I think you have to have 150 or 250 or more to see the chatbox.

Im logged in and cant see the chat box or the newest pictures people have added like I used to. The past two days or so it hasnt shown up for me.
