I think the U.N. should build a manmade island or set of islands and have people take a "DUMBASS TEST". If they fail, they should be banished to Dumbass Island until they prove they are capable of having some sort of wit. After they accomplish this, they can request to rejoin normal society. This Pizzle fellow seems like he will score so low that he will be banished for life. See, if you score really low on the test, it proves that you will always be stupid. This man, I strongly believe, would fit in with this group. I think schizos with tardive dyskensia are more intelligent then this racist, bigoted, piece of ****.
