I recently got a few giftcards to use at bestbuy and thought about putting them towards photoshop. With the adobe photoshop elements 5.0 can you make the sigs tthat you can use for this site? Is there another cheaper progeam thats just as good but a little cheaper that I could get instead?

Sorry but Elements will not help you make sigs; if you want a free software that will try GIMP...

Thanks, I tried downloading but all it does is have me select a language and I do but it never loads. What do I have to do?

Are you kidding me? You can do a lot with P-shop Elements - I did my avatar with it (admitedly no big deal - but I do lots of graphics with Elements).
