It talks about the diffrent plays and things and describes them, I know it says its for the ladies but I am sure there is guys that would learn about it too..

I did Fantasy Football 2 years in a row. I loved it, but it is very time consuming and didn't have the time to do it this year.

I've done fantasy football for 5 years now. I love it! Last year I went to the "superbowl" and this year I had the superbowl curse, I was dead last, had the worst record I've ever had. I still love it and will play again next year. Every year I get really into the draft and make a team t-shirt and everything.

haha its not about the fantasy football part.. they have a link to football 101 on there and it breaks down the plays and the positions and stuff.. it says its for women, but I am sure some guys could use it too..
