3 backs - wishbone
When I was that age we ran the wishbone. You like the three backs so implement the option. Of course we were being taught the offense that we would later run in High School at 10 yrs. old., but thats West Texas, Eastern NM football for ya, when the HS coaches were already meddling and scouting. Love Lake Charles, got some fam there, love the Tiki Bar.

They put a 140lb limit on backs for the league here since the other teams had their heavy guys go on to the next level.
One kid who was going to play QB left over that.
Two backs have converted to linemen now.
We're still undefeated for the regular season, they've removed players off the team over age. This season they changed the limit for age to match that of the team who won last year's oldest player. Every rule change benefits them.
We still beat them head to head 16-8 after being down scoreless. We had 12 people able to play that day and one of them got hurt late.
This week we get back two missing linemen and are slated to play a team from a smaller nearby town. Plus they dissovled another team(another league started and it narrowed every roster but mine). They have not been able to get a roster filled, based on age. Their coach is a State Trooper and a really good man that is trying to help the kids have something to learn from. I beleive the offensive coordinator of the team we face coming off the bye played there in junior high. (I think Maurice Carthon played for the Luxora Panthers at the time). His local school alma mater is part of the other team, merged with a team another former NFler played for(Kortez Kennedy). These kids know the NFL dream can be achieved and it may start for them at this level.
We get 4 of the Cowboys to the team but their contact info does not match and the best players off the dissolved team were sent to the other teams. One team got five of them, and got to pick them and even was allowed to draft players off my previous roster at the season's start after we helped develop them.
That's why our team is the Raiders, we take the ones everyone else rejects and teach them to play. Adding some line depth will let us put some of these guys at support positions. By the next year people want them to play on their teams, especially at the next level.
I have not put the scales to other team's players. Someone probably will soon and the best back off that team(currently winless) that thought they owned the league will have to sit. Hopefully he still gets to play, he runs with a lot of heart and that is what the league is supposed to be about so we must simply raise the level of game when they face these player. It's something they must learn at the next level anyways so I expect them to have a valid response to the challenge. The bigger they are the harder they fall, it's something these players have to learn now because all you have at the next level is position and technique when you're overmatched physically. If you maintain those two traits then your desire to make the play can take over at the point of contact.

The wing t and double wing run by de la salle high school in Concord are the most popular offenses in youth and high school football.
Both are easy to learn and get a lot of people involved. At the youth level it's very hard to stop.
The I formation is easy but kind of boring. It's not as easy to pass out of it, it's somewhat predictable and the tailback gets most of the action. In the wing t and double wing you have a lot of people involved.
These offenses are also easy to block from. Like the wishbone which you also could use, your linemen need to do quick blocks and don't have to hold their blocks so it's easier to use and funner for the linemen. Obviously these offenses wouldnt' work in college or the pro's because the front 7 are so strong and fast. There are actually schools to teach it and do a search on google and they have lots of playbooks for it. Good luck!

I am a little late but I also assume that this is for 2007, I highly suggest a conventional WING T offense. It has survived over the years because it has all the elements of fundamental football.
I like the offense personally because it will show you HOW to call plays, each play sets up the next one and the formation is always the same. The key advantage here is that you begin to understand the fundamentals of ANY offense and that is to setup the next play. When you hear the term "execution " essentially it is saying that the coach understands his offense and calls plays that maximize all the resources.
If you need additional information please PM me.

When I played Pee wee football we ran a lot of I formation, wishbone and play action pass. In efense we ran a 4-3 and sometimes the 5-2. Sometimes we ran trick plays like statue of liberty and the old hook and ladder.

The Wing T!!!!
If you could pull this off, the mis-direction plays work everytime if executed properly.
They're perfect if you're playing against bigger and/or faster kids

simple you want to be the best 11 year old coach. Get madden 07 and have all of your kids over and show them the play book and the play and sim it out on the madden then practice it outside then use it game day.
It is pretty cool
I actualy did a flea flicker it was pretty awesome
use the west coast offense.
Lol
