    Upcoming Draft

With my first draft coming up in 3 weeks, I have a tough decision to make, and would like help from you all in deciding. We are able to keep one player from our roster last year. Now the problem, I can't decide whether or not to keep P.Manning or Addai. The points system is as follows: 1 pt for evy 25 pass yrds, 6 for each TD, and -2 for int, for rushing 1 pt for 10 yds , 6 for TD, -2 for fumble. Based off of that, whom do you feel I should keep? I find myself going back and forth daily on who I should keep.

Also, which round do you all project McFadden and Miller falling in a 10 person league?

    Thanks for any input!

Does keeping either player cost you a draft pick?

Addai is the player I would keep of the two, unless he will cost you a higher draft pick than Manning. They are very close in value so either way you'll be OK.

As for McFadden, it's nearly impossible to tell whether he will be over or undervalued by the other people you're playing with.

If you get 6 points for a passing td, I would keep Manning. Both Manning and Addai should go in the first round of most drafts, so their draft value is very close.

I expect Mcfadden to go late 2nd early third and Miller will be a late round pickup.

Thank you both for your feedback. Im leaning towards Manning, seems the rest of the league is keeping RB or WR so I should be able to pick up a solid RB (maybe even Addai) in the first or second round.

I would keep Manning. Addai has yet to show that he can be a "full season" halfback. I am also projecting McFadden to go around rounds 4-5. As for Zach Miller, i expect him to go around rounds 16-20.

Props to OTF for the sig.

I would keep Manning as well with 6 pts for a TD.I see Mcfadden in the 5th rd area.Unless there is a big Raider fan in your draft Miller will be available very late.I think he will have a good year but there are a lot more TE on peoples radar

keep Manning. imo, he'll take the top fantasy QB title away from Brady this season. Manning doesn't miss games, even with his recent surgery. Addai's 4.1 average and his propensity to get injured says that you keep Manning.

McFadden will go in between rounds 4-6, other rookie RBs would probably go before him based on playtime. Jonathan Stewart, Matt Forte and Kevin Smith should probably go before him, but there will be someone who will reach for him as their #2 RB option.

as for Miller, he is a big-time sleeper candidate, and if your league has a bunch of non-Raider fans, they'll be sleeping on him. i'd snatch him up in a heartbeat once you've filled out your starting roster (between rounds 12 to 16).
