Massive TRADE Need help Quick!!!!

Okay so 2 guys in my league are in the process of doing a trade. One guy will get Palmer, S. Moss and the other MBIII, Rivers.

With that being said this would make all teams have a good enough QB to start. And I have a plethora of QB's (Romo, D. Anderson, E. Manning).

I called up the dudes and this is what happened.

Option 1 - I Trade Romo, D Driver for C. Johnson

Option 2 - I Trade Romo for C. Palmer, S. Jackson

OR am I giving way too much up and should I stand pat.

My current team:

QB Tony Romo, Dal QB
RB Larry Johnson, KC RB
RB Thomas Jones, NYJ RB
WR Donald Driver, GB WR
WR Steve Smith, Car WR
TE Tony Gonzalez, KC TE
D/ST Eagles D/ST, Phi D/ST
K Neil Rackers, Ari K
Bench Brandon Marshall, Den WR
Bench Brandon Jacobs, NYG RB Q
Bench Kevin Walter, Hou WR
Bench Eli Manning, NYG QB
Bench Derek Anderson, Cle QB
Bench Selvin Young, Den RB
Bench Michael Bennett, TB RB

Sorry guys forget it. I even offered the guy E. Manning, D. Anderson and D. Driver for Chad Johnson. He declined and countered with; S. Smith, Romo for Chad Johnson. I told him not going to happen.

So, he's sticking with his original deal of MBIII, P. Rivers for Palmer and S. Moss.
I threw everything at him except for the kitchen sink and he didn't budge. He says he's open for any counters. Any ideas? I just don't like my #2 wr. He's getting tagged teamed all day.

Santana Moss is garabge thus far. I wouldn't even consider him trade bait.

You would be getting raped on that deal but I would try to move a QB.

Steve Smith has had double coverage for the past two years and he has always done fine with it. This year it is more the situation at QB for Steve Smith.
