I decided to have a night on the town, I was enjoying a nice cold one and lone and behold Lorenzo Neal came walking in. Every Thursday a local town hosts a farmars market. Neal was not a tall man, but a bulky man to say the least. He is well known around these parts, from the area played at Fresno State, so it was not hard to identify him. Well I went up and stated I was a fan. After some small talk I asked him about the Raiders. He told me that DENNIS ALLEN HAS SOME DOUBTERS IN THE LOCKER ROOM, AND FEELS DA IS ON THE VERGE OF LOSING IT. He said he doesn't state it on air, because he doesn't want to stir the pot and have the fans lose hope on the season. A big issue with Dennis Allen is his old school mentality, and playing favorites. He says many people in the locker think Pryor is a genuine leader, and many players feel he is the best QB to man the Raider ship. Dennis Allen, wants to play a traditional drop back, sit in the pocket QB. He said some players question Allens decision making at the end of the season. A lot of guys were inspired at Pryors performance against SD in the rain, but it took the last game, and Leinarts stink job, for Pryor to finally get a shot. Pryor is one of the hardest workers on the team, and people notice. DA way or the highway approach rubs people off the wrong way, and many feel the hard work and talent should get a shot to grow. Neal says many insiders including himself felt Pryor deserved more reps with the first team during the season, and a chance to play after the playoffs we a out of the question. After this brief statement Neal left to go sing on stage at the karaoke bar. It made sense to me what Neal said, and if we get off to a slow start I could see Allen really losing the locker room.
