Sorry to hear bro... you probably don't give your ankles enough rest once they are sprained. I had the same problem when I use to ball. One game, I rolled the same ankle at least 4-5 times and kept getting up and toughing it out. Once the adrenaline wore off, I was f'd. Had the problem for months. Then I tweaked my opposite groin overcompensating. Hope everything is good bro.

Dammmn. The stupid part is that, I usually don't hurt it when going all out. It will happen when I'm just shooting around half the time. It just gives out and next thing I know I'm on the ground like how the hell did it happen again?

First time it happened I jumped and came down on someone's foot, fell sideways and fully turned that **** with all my weight leaning on it and I heard a snap. I was 100% sure it was broken when I heard the snap lol

I need to serously get some high tops bt let this thing completely heal so i dont keep reinjuring it. Thanks for the support

rolled it and sprained it pretty bad

It's a little better. I'm limping still but I can walk now. I was supposed to play football tomorrow and see dark knight on sunday but i might not make either now

I was ballin at a friends house and my ankle just gave out and I rolled it. I think maybe cuz the ground was uneven. I saw Dark Knight at midnight last night. Great movie imo. You gotta see it.
