I feel you on that. I used to work out at 5 am everday but now that my wife wanted to go but she wanted to workout at nights, I have to change sched. But between 6- 8 is just impossible to use the equipment you wanted

5am..what the..I heard not to long ago that it was bad to hit the gym that early. But yea, between 6-8 its bad. You have to be at the gym 2hrs just to get an hour of workout. Thats some B.S

Our workout never go over an hour and 15. But the reason behind the early morning workout is, with an empty stomach (well, not really coz i drink protein before i go) you burn more fat and makes you more leaner, also the metabolism through out the day is great. I kind of believed that. But with my sched at work and the things I do everyday, night is best for me right now.
