Any big-time D-1 college football program is gonna have players that fall through the cracks and get into trouble. After all, people tend to forget that they're only 18-22 year old kids who don't always make the best decisions.

With that being said, I respect Joe Pa and admire the way he runs the Penn St. program. I really hope that this isn't his last year. Paterno is everything that's good about college football and deserves to go out on his terms. Sadly, legends rarely are afforded that luxury.

Best of luck this year with your team, Raiderboz, well, except for October 25th when the mighty Buckeyes will crush the Nittany Lions once again.

Tressel's giving them a big payday as a way of saying thanks to Youngtown St. for giving him a chance to be a collegiate head coach. That's my theory anyways.

Makes sense, I guess. So, what was the point of playing Akron and Kent State last year? I understand why some question us playing in the championship game, with teams like that on the schedule.
